I’m trying to improve my diet and overall health. Little steps and all that. My first one was/is to cut out coke. I drink too much of the stuff, probably about 1l a day easy.

The wife has been buying 2l a week now so I’ve cut right down, but other drinks arent quenching my thirst, or is it withdrawl symptoms?

I’ve necked a whole carton of apple juice tonight and I’m so thirsty, but with no coke in the house to drink. Coke does actually quench my thirst. My mouth feels like Ghandi’s flip flops :bored:
