Having recently found a new, permanent home for its 20,000th adopted dog, Dog adoption website, DogsBlog.com has reason to celebrate.

The website, launched in 2007 with the exclusive aim of making it easy for people to locate their perfect canine companion via the UK’s animal welfare system, is delighted to announce 5-year old English Setter ‘Rio’ is dog number 20,000 to have located a new home via the site and the site now looks toward the 25,000 rehomed dogs milestone.

Rio, who is described as having a lovely temperament and all the typical traits of an English Setter, all of them good, has settled in to his new home and joins the 19,999 other dogs who have landed on their feet thanks to the incredible power of the Worldwide Web.
