Despite the fact that much is written about responsible dog ownership and the standards that dog owners should aspire to if they are to be regarded as valuable members of society (for example the Kennel Club’s own Good Citizen tests and awards) nobody ‘in dogs’ seem to like to say which dog owners fall below those standards…
