If you go to the website, you will be able to read about the wonderful events taking place around the world in celebration of World Animal Day. Feel free to contact any of the event organisers, they’d love to hear from you. Please search continents and individual countries to get the full picture.

You can also meet our 81 World Animal Day Ambassadors who are working in 69 countries throughout the globe to raise public awareness and increase participation in events. If we have an Ambassador in your country please feel free to contact them direct.

For everyone who cares about animals, World Animal Day presents a wonderful opportunity to organise events to highlight animal welfare issues and fundraise – an opportunity far too good to miss.

Every year, a vast array of events take place all over the world, organised by tiny grass roots groups with very little financial resources, right through to high end gala balls and award ceremonies – proving that this day really is all about celebrating the animals, no matter what size or how wealthy your organisation is.

Get involved – Be part of something special and show the animals you care.
Increased awareness of animal issues will eventually lead the way to improved standards of welfare throughout the globe – and what an achievement that will be.

World Animal Day is not linked to any one individual, organisation or campaign, but belongs to everyone.
