Why did he say it? Because skip chased a bird!
Aparently I need to keep skip on a lead and have him muzzled and in a harness at all times.
Skip likes to chase the birds, he will pretend he isn’t intrest the run at them. He has never gone to catch one just chase them.
But aparently he is stressing out the birds and scaring them. This was said by a memeber of the public. I smiled and gave him my name and mobile number and said for the authroties to call me if they thought i had a case to answer!
I think the heat has brought out all the nutters!
